SECTION 1 - DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If you suspect that your package is lost or missing during transportation, please contact us by email. We may contact the shipping company to investigate the problem.
If your package is indeed missing, we will send you a new one for free or give you a full refund at your convenience.
If your package arrived damaged, please contact us with details and if possible photos of the problem.
All our shipments are made with tracking in order to minimize the risks related to delivery and for total transparency with you. We use recognized postal services.
SECTION 2 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
[VIKINGART] gladly accepts returns due to change of mind, provided the request is received within 14 days of receipt of the item.
The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
