SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Our orders are processed and shipped twice a week, on Monday and Friday.
With each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and once the order has been shipped and received by the carrier, we will provide you with a tracking number with which you can track your package.
SECTION 2 - CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us via email and include your new shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the shipping address.
SECTION 3 - DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
We ship to France and Europe using the French postal service.
Small packages will be sent by tracked letter and larger ones by Colissimo service with tracking number.
It takes 2-3 days after shipping for your precious order to be in your hands.
